All Wonder Farm software, designs, and content are the property of Wonder Farm. You retain ownership of any content you create within our products. We do not claim ownership over your data.
Limitation of liability
Wonder Farm products are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
